One of the reasons I love what I do, well, the most important reason I love what I do is because I get to see students come together to help each other. When I had the vision of Renovate and Real Estate, I wanted it to be about community.

Recently one of my students, Jen recently joined my Renovation Secrets course and during her time in my course she purchased an apartment to renovate and live in for $270k. This is the starting point on Jen’s renovation journey.

Jen began getting builder’s quotes to renovate her place. The builder’s quotes were coming in around at $45,000 to $50,000 and she began to feel disheartened by the whole process.

So, I suggested that she reach out to the gorgeous Renovation Secrets community and lean on them for support. Jen asked the opinion of the group on the quotes she was receiving and you know what happened?

Other Renovation Secrets students began to offer ideas on the floor plan, product tips and cost-cutting solutions.

One of the other students, Kelly commented, “From experience, I believe you would be able to do this for 20k low to mid finishes…..”  And then proceeded to provide her with tips, which will save Jen more than $20k!

And then this happened…Three beautiful ladies inside the Renovation Secrets community (who have never met each other previously) said “We’ll come to your place, give you some tips and HELP YOU WITH THE RENOVATION!”

These gorgeous ladies met through the private Renovation Secrets community, created to help people just like Jen to gain the confidence to climb the property ladder, increase happiness and wealth and to meet other like-minded beautiful humans who are happy to help along the way.
