Belinda Smith is our head Renovation Coach, a Speaker & Business Coach in the property and renovation space, and the Director of Renovate and Real Estate.. Belinda brings with her 30+ years of Property Investment experience, she has taught over 600 private students and over 50k online followers the key strategies to renovating for income and profit. After spending 21 years in the Police Force, Belinda turned her attention full time into Renovating, Property Investment and has qualifications in Real Estate & Finance (Mortgage Broking).D

Amy came from a corporate background and is now a Linkedin Expert & Coach.  Her organisational skills make her the perfect person to oversee the operations at RARE.

Digital Marketing

Luke is our Media Buyer, Facebook Ads, Google Ads guru and automation genius.
Luke runs his own Ad Agency and takes care of our systems and numbers

Lauren M

Reno Coach

Lauren is our Renovation & Property Coach. She is a qualified Real Estate agent, runs a Renovation Consultancy Business and has completed over 17 renovations. 

What Lauren loves most about renovating is transforming ugly, unloved, dysfunctional properties into beautiful homes that people will live in and love. Secondly, Lauren loves that renovating allows her to be her own boss, manage her own time, & create wealth while setting an example for her family, to work with amazing people and express her creativity. Lauren started her renovation journey initially it was out of necessity after they purchased their first home which was just two tiny huts stuck together in a very small rural township. Lauren immediately saw the value in taking a mediocre property and renovating to improve the value and appeal. After years of working for others, Lauren committed to renovating full time, giving her control of both her earning capacity and time. Lauren was inspired to become a Renovation Coach as it’s an extension of her work, Lauren loves meeting fabulous people, share her knowledge and experience and best of all help people reach their goals with more direction and confidence. Lauren loves seeing people's achievements and excitement when they complete their own projects. Knowing I have played a small role in getting them there gives me great joy, becoming a Renovation Coach is a dream come true!

Reno Coach

Belinda M is our renovation coach who has successfully renovated properties spanning five decades of building and design practice. A homeowner and property investor herself, Belinda is keenly aware of the value and lifestyle improvements that can be gained by a beautiful strategic renovation. 

As a former Research Scientist in the field of Plant Biotechnology, Belinda turned her creativity and analysis skills towards her passion for renovating. The diverse skills she developed in science enables her to juggle complex issues and communicate them at all levels of understanding. Belinda’s natural ability to see the big picture and yet focus on the details enables her to truly represent our student’s needs. Belinda loves all aspects of a renovation project from the initial idea, to planning the work, and then making it happen – the result is an extremely rewarding process.  Never shy to get stuck in and get to work, Belinda enjoys guiding students along the process of a profitable renovation and sharing the joy of producing a beautiful home for people to live in

Alanna C

Community Manager

Alanna loves putting together a mood board and doing all the fun stuff when it comes to renovating – like material and colour selections. Alanna started her career working for a local boutique fashion designer where her understanding of the latest styles and trends helped set the foundation for her passion today. After renovating & styling her own homes, she found an enthusiasm and desire for creating beautiful spaces. Alanna is our Community Manager here at RARE and makes everyone feel welcome within our community, she is our go to girl for all administration and organizes our events & workshops + contributes to our social media. Alanna also runs her own Renovation Consultancy Business specializing in material & colour selections & property styling.
