Working from home is becoming more and more common, especially in this digital age where a lot of people earn their living online. In our family, we both often work from home, which at the moment means setting up at the dining room table, which is not always ideal. As we slowly plan the next stage of our build we are looking at options for creating a home office space and at the moment we are thinking a home office for two is the space we need.

A home office needs to be functional and well thought out, but still fun and creative, using the space cleverly is the most important part of creating a home office that is conducive to getting work done. Things like desk space, storage, organisation and layout will make all the difference to how the space will work for two people. There are so many ways to set up a home office for two, do we have a combined desk? Do we have shelving or just drawers? Do we need lighting over each desk space? There are plenty of different ways to set an office space up, and everyone works differently, so when creating a home office it is important to get the layout of the room right, so that both people can work efficiently.

We would love to know if you have a home office for two at home, how have you set up the space and how do you find the space works for two people? We have put together some clever home offices for two below.
